Hotel Morales Historical & Colonial Downtown Core Guadalajara

The hotel was quaint and clean inside, I loved it. The room I booked was cleaned and available with balcony. The whole experience was really really nice.

Everything was perfect and spotless, I loved staff and location. The room was recently refurbished for a queen bed and had it's own balcony and iron & ironing board. The restaurant was good in the lobby.

The location was decent, near Guadalajara Wax Museum. On-site restaurant El Ruedo was a bonus, had dinner there. Excellent service provided by amicable staff made our stay so absolutely amazing!

Liked the place, had a great stay at this hotel. We ate in the magnificent restaurant for food which was reasonably priced. And it had an awesome view of nearby church and sunset.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was terrible.

Fairly clean hotel, efficient staff & perfect location close to everything.

Everything was modern, its staff and rooms, plus excellent wi-fi. We loved sitting in the restaurant for breakfast. The airport was a 26-minute drive from the property.

The hotel had a central setting in the city centre. Also, it was near a public square. Had fancy, huge room that was cleaned.

The bed was too soft here.

I loved it, including staff and rooms. The room was neat with extremely comfy beds. Cooperative employees were on top of their customer service.

Everything was fab, we spent very pleasant time here. Folks were polite, and our communication was excellent. Smoke-free hotel in a really great area of Guadalajara. Positioned 20 km from the airport. Decent room, great value for the money.

Relaxing hotel & spotless, its location is ideal down the street. Attentive personnel is from the doorman to the maids to the waiters.

Good value, I recommend this homey place. I liked staying here, the location was prime. The staff were accommodating and provided admirable service. I had heated suite with a tub, balcony, King size beds.

The hotel is picturesque and immaculately clean, the staff are professional, location is best possible right in the city center.

Large breakfast, highly professional personnel, functional rooms. Lovely beds, free WiFi, everything-free mini-bar and satellite television were a nice touch. Friendly check in and exquisite service.

The hotel was reasonably spacious, and the meals were great, I loved the historic location so close to bars, historical area, main attractions. Such an amazing experience.

The eggs, fruit and yoghourt in the courtyard where much appreciated. Beachfront location, not too far away from revolucion parque.

Unique hotel, impressive rooms and delightful staff. Great breakfast, fantastic service. You could walk to stores and a market. The property is in an exceptionally nice position and the airport is 12 miles away.

The rooms are immaculate and this is good price value no question. Spicy food, bacon, cereal, eggs, granola and fruit. Perfect view, a good balcony, exceptionally comfortable bed, too. Awesome location for us.

The staff was knowledgeable, the room was elegant, bed was perfect. Nice hot breakfast with plenty of meals. They made my stay fairly nice.

Obliging staff, so so comfy bed and air conditioning rooms. There also was complimentary parking and heated pool. Cold drinks, strong wifi were a nice surprise.

The hotel has terrific location and staff, I liked it. It's set in a central area. All in all a beautiful historic venue and REALLY GOOD stay.

It made our trip to Guadalajara an excellent experience. Facilities and rooms, all was fine! 5 mins walk to the center. The pool was nice too.

comfortable bed & great position. we spent 3 night in standard room. pleasant people working here. centro district won't disappoint you. paid usd 8.50 per person per day for breakfast, totally worth it.

Great location to Don Miguel Hidalgo airport, just 25 minutes by car. We enjoyed the pool: D
